In-company training
Intensive and flexible one-to-one lessons for senior
management
= approximately 12 hours per person per course
In-company training was originally developed to meet the needs
of busy managers and directors at energy companies Electricité
de France and Gaz de France, who wanted intensive courses, but had
little time to spare. It is a highly effective way to combine work
and training commitments.
Courses take place over 1 or 2 weeks at your companies' offices
and are organised for 5 to 8 managers from within the same department.
A teacher travels from Oxford to your workplace, and is available
all week from 8am to 8pm, including lunchtime. As a result, lessons
can be re-arranged to fit in with your schedule. The materials the
teacher uses are up-to-date TV, radio and newspaper reports, and
other documents relevant to your field. The effects of working with
your teacher on-site over a period of 2 weeks are rapid progress
and immediate results.
Communications skills workshops
One or two day workshops on specific aspects of
business communication:
presentation skills, negotiations, cross-cultural communication.
Highly focused training sessions for native and non-native speakers
of English with pre-training analysis to ensure the best use of
your time. These intensive workshops give groups of between 2 and
6 participants a chance to improve both language and professional
communication skills.
Courses take place over 1 or 2 days either at your companys' offices,
or in a hotel, or in Oxford.
The cost of a days training ranges from €800 - €1600
depending on the number of participants and the nature and level
of the training.
